Can my computer run windows vista and crysis properly?

I have a dell xps 420 with the following specs:

intel core 2 quad 2.7 ghz processor

4gb ram

nvidia geforce 8800 gt - 512mb graphics card



with these specs, can i run windows vista home premium 32-bit edition? what about Crysis at full settings?Can my computer run windows vista and crysis properly?
No computer can run crysis well at full settings, not even QX9650 monsters with tri-8800 ultras. But you are in luck, because you have a wonderful computer and with some settings scaled back, you should be able to handle crysis without much trouble. You can run crysis but your graphics card is only 512 you would it least need 1024mb of graphics to play it on medium
