How to uninstall this game from my laptop(windows 7)?

so i installed a game crysis in my laptop and then after someday i deleted its files from programe files...but then now when i'm trying to install crysis again then it shows already installed..and in control panel when i check out to uninstall crysis then it say unable to uninstall...plz help me how can i uninstall crysis and again install it from my cd...i am not able to play it..How to uninstall this game from my laptop(windows 7)?
