Will i run crysis better with Windows 7?

Vista Home Premium 64bit

4gb DDR2 Ram

ATI Radeon HD 3200

320gb HD

i can run it but medium settings will it run alot better on windows 7?Will i run crysis better with Windows 7?
not with the HD3200....thats a low level card from ATI...so it wont make a difference...
