Get Crysis working on 64 bit windows?

i have recently been given Crysis by a friend who no longer wanted the game, when i attemt to open it it just says that the file type isincompatible with my version of windows which is windows 7 64 bit. how do i fix this?Get Crysis working on 64 bit windows?
Right click the Game executable or .exe file that runs the game hit properties and go to compatibility, You should see a box which indicates which windows to run this program in hit Windows Vista 64 bit click OK and then run the game.
