And if it is, will it be fast enough to be able to run it easily? Without any freezes or lag? And the minumum requirements for Windows Vista are 1.5GB, so is that about the same for 7? ThanksIs 2GB Memory Enough To Run Crysis On Windows 7?
2Gb is more than enough to run all present games on Windows 7. The most important thing for games is the graphics card. So if you have a decent budget gaming card, then you can expect to play Crysis.
It will run, maybe not completely smooth but I have had it on XP and Vista on 2GB plus Windows 7 seems to run games better than Vista so 2GB should do it. Cannot guarantee excellent game play though medium settings should be ok but without knowing the rest of your system, I cannot be sure.Is 2GB Memory Enough To Run Crysis On Windows 7?
no windows 7 takes about a 1 gb 32bit if yours using 64bit windows then they needs around 2gb, you would need to add more ram.. Crysis recommends around a 1gb while using XP, and more then that with vista... So to play crysis you would need more then 2 gb in your PC.
Its not really the RAM you need to worry about, but the Graphics Card.

Yes, 7 isn't as memory intensive as vista so with the right gfx option, things should go well.
It is good enough. If your CPU and GPU are good it should run on medium graphics smoothly.
its probably best to have about 4-5 GB so there is no lag.
